Mr. Young graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School in 1993. He is licensed to practice in both Louisiana and Texas, and he is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Louisiana Association of Trial Lawyers, including the Admiralty Sections of both Associations. Mr. Young has provided talks to lawyers in other states regarding the practice of maritime law. Mr. Young has successfully litigated a variety of claims including sexual harassment claims, premises liability claims, Jones Act and maritime claims and product liability claims.
